The Apartment
The apartment is 3 stories high (with lift), with 2 sea views looking north and south over the beaches and reefs of Ericeira - you only have to step out of bed to check the surf!
The south view also looks out over to the beautiful mountain top city of Sintra. Both sides have relaxing verandas and the south side has a BBQ.
There is a swimming pool, with shower and children's paddling pool.
Secure Parking is on the ground floor and is accessed via a remote controlled garage door, with sensor lighting. There is a lift from the garage to the apartment.
The apartment is large with 2 spacious double bedrooms, both open out onto verandas, one is en-suite (with large jacuzzi bath and shower), with cot. Both bedrooms benefit from ample storage space.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped with cooker, hobs, dining table, sliding doors to veranda, washing machine, microwave, large fridge freezer and ample storage space.
The living room is massive with large sliding windows and door to veranda. You can chill out on the 2 and 3 seater sofas, with a beer from the bar whilst watching a movie on the dvd player with surround sound - there is DVD rental in the town, which also has internet access.
Generally speaking the apartment is fantastic, it's large, light, plenty of windows, secure, easy to clean, fully equipped, comfy beds and access is quick and easy.
It takes about 8-10 minutes to stroll into town, depending on how hungry/surfed out you are! It's about 10-15 mins walk to the nearest surf, although there are many reefs and beaches further off and a car would be handy, around a 5-10 minute drive.
